Our story
Prime Fazendas grew out of the career of an entrepreneur who spent his life in real estate. André Amorim began his career as a real estate agent at 18, quickly distinguishing himself through skilled negotiation and strategic vision in the sector.
With a restless spirit, he expanded his horizons and ventured into new businesses, always keeping a strong connection to real estate. It was then, at 24, that his journey took him to Tocantins, the heart of Brazil. The vastness of the farmland, the region's natural wealth and the potential of agribusiness made him see new opportunities — not just business ones, but a greater purpose.
In 2016, André opened his first real estate firm in Tocantins — the same company that operates today. From 2020, he directed that experience toward agribusiness, and in 2022 the Prime Fazendas brand was officially born, with a physical office dedicated exclusively to selling farms and rural properties.
The connection with the land grew naturally. Even his personal story reflects this bond: it was through a real estate deal that he met his wife, one more example of how real estate has always been a link of prosperity and connection in his life.
From this passion, Prime Fazendas was born: today, with nearly 20 years of André's experience in real estate and almost a decade leading his own firm, the brand holds a clear commitment — to offer solid, strategic opportunities for investors and rural producers, always with excellence and respect for nature.
